Break Free (Life Without Worry) Part 2
Did you know that as Christians we can live worry-free? This may sound too good to be true but as a believer, we have God on our side. In this new series, we are going to look at what the Bible teaches us concerning the issue of worry. We are going to see that we can cast all of our care over on the Lord. We will also see how worry can actually choke out the effectiveness of the Word of God in our lives. Make plans to join us as we discover what worry is and how to overcome it through the Word of God and the Holy Spirit.
1 Peter 5:7 casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. NKJV
1 Peter 5:7 Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. [Ps 55:22.] AMP
Part 2 – The Lord promises us that we can live fear and worry-free. In order to do this, we have to cooperate with Him. In today’s message, we talk about the importance of being a hearer and a doer of the Word of God. The storms of life come to us all, we will be stable as we hear and apply the Word in our lives.
