Grumble, Grumble, Grumble – Part 7

As leaders and disciples of God, we are commanded to do all things without complaining and disputing.  In this series, we are going to look at different instances in Scripture where complaining caused major problems for the people of God.  It is vital that we practice thankfulness as believers, being thankful and resisting complaining keeps our relationship with the Lord fervent and our faith strong and active.

Complaining people have taken their eyes off of Christ, thankful people keep their eyes on the Word so they are excited about God delivering them in every trial of life.

Philippians 2:14 Do all things (daily, whole) without complaining and disputing, NKJV

Part 7 – We are not boxers who beat the air.  We have weapons at our disposal through the Word of God that if applied hit the mark every time.  When it comes to complaining we have the ability through the grace in Christ Jesus to overcome!  As the Apostle Paul said, we run as those who have the imperishable crown as our goal.
