Trouble (Part 2)

John 16:33 I have told you all this so that you will have peace of heart and mind. Here on earth, you will have many trials and sorrows; but cheer up, for I have overcome the world.” TLB

The Bible has a lot to say about how we are to respond to trouble or tribulations.  When we choose to live by faith and obey the Word of God there is no situation that we will face in this life that will be able to harm or conquer us.  Having and keeping a correct perspective of our circumstances in comparison to our God and His promises will keep faith vibrant and hope radiant as we patiently receive our promises from a loving Father.

Part 2 – Isaiah 41:10 – Fear not for I am with you, be not dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes I will help you I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.  As Christians, we have a God-given responsibility to submit to God and resist the devil.  In part 2 of the “Trouble” series, we look at the importance of not giving into the thoughts, feelings, and temptations of fear that the enemy and our life experiences bring.
